Type: Normal
Discription: Unlike Tangela, this pokemon completely specialises in tickling! He will respond to anyone who's new to him with a tickle as a way of identifying them.
Appearance: Has many blue tentacles all over him like a Tangela but they aren't tangled up like one. Also unlike one the tentacles are fuzzy and tickly. . Has green feet with no toes. His face is blue as well and his eyes and mouth can clearly be seen as his tentacles are not in the way of his face.

Attacks:Tickle, Wrap, Vine Whip, Torment
